SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING
Shipping is free on every set.

HOW LONG IT TAKES
- Packing: 1 to 2 business days after you order.
- Delivery: 6 to 10 business days after that.
- So about 7 to 12 business days in total.
We ship from an overseas warehouse, which is why it takes this long. We'd rather tell you now.

TRACKING
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

MORE THAN ONE PARCEL
If your set includes Wash Sheets, they ship in a separate parcel and may arrive a few days apart from your pairs.

WHERE WE SHIP
The delivery times above are for Australia. If we ship to your country, the cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders outside Australia may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. Those are set by your country, not by us.

YOUR ADDRESS
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll fix it if your order hasn't shipped yet.

LOST OR LATE PARCELS
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after you placed it, email hello@leapproof.com. We'll resend it or refund you. Until your parcel is delivered, the risk is ours, not yours.

YOUR 30 NIGHTS START ON DELIVERY
Your 30-Night Leak-Test starts the day your order is delivered, not the day you order. A slow parcel never eats into your 30 nights.
