TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms cover your use of leapproof.com, our quiz and order pages, and anything you buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. We've kept them as plain as we can.

1. WHO WE ARE
Leapproof is an online underwear brand based in Melbourne, Australia. You can reach us at hello@leapproof.com. The store runs on Shopify.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
Leapproof Briefs are leak-resistant underwear made for lighter leaks: a few drops to a small splash on a sneeze, laugh or jump. They are underwear, not a medical device or a treatment. If your leaks are heavier, new, painful or getting worse, please talk to a doctor or a pelvic-floor physio.

3. THE QUIZ
Our quiz matches you to a size and a number of pairs. It isn't a medical assessment and isn't medical advice.

4. SIZES
Sizes are based on the size chart for this exact pair. If the size is wrong, the Fit Promise in our Refund Policy covers one free size swap per order.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless your checkout shows another currency. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Every order is a one-off payment. We don't sell subscriptions, and nothing renews.

6. ORDERS
Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. If we can't fill an order (for example, if a size runs out), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

7. SHIPPING
See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and what happens if a parcel is lost or late.

8. THE 30-NIGHT LEAK-TEST, SIZE SWAPS AND REFUNDS
See our Refund Policy. In short: wear them for 30 nights from delivery. If they don't hold, you get your money back and keep the pairs. One claim per customer.

9. REVIEWS
Any reviews we show come from real people. If a reviewer was given a free set to test, we say so next to their review. We never write reviews ourselves or pay for good ones.

10. INFORMATION ON THE SITE
We try hard to keep everything on the site accurate. Where we quote a study or a health organisation, we name the source. Leapproof isn't connected to, or endorsed by, any source we quote.

11. OUR CONTENT
The words, images and design on this site belong to Leapproof or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.

12. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect loss from using the site or our products.

13. YOUR PRIVACY
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

15. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
